There is no opposition at all.  There is opposition to wrong coins.  And the wrong coins look just like the right coins;  Therefore you will have to protest, do it again and again, otherwise how will the wrong and right coin be identified?

  There are no two people in the world whose views are 100 percent similar.  There is a difference or conflict of views somewhere.

A lockdown has been declared in the country to control the epidemic of COVID-19, to conduct examinations for state colleges / universities, to start the admission process for the next academic year and to start academic work to control the epidemic of COVID-19.  From time to time guidelines have been issued by the Government of India and the State Government to prevent the transmission of Corona virus.  In view of the epidemic of COVID-19, guidelines have been circulated from the letter dated 29/04/2020 from U.G.C regarding college / university examinations as well as admission process and commencement of academic work for the next academic year.

 Considering all these facts, the matter of organizing examinations for colleges / universities of Gujarat state and starting the admission process and academic work for the next academic year 2020-21 was under consideration of the Government. 

Study At Home Books For 1 to 8

Terminal / Final Semester / Year Examinations on UG Courses / Programs as per UGC guidelines  Must be taken from 25/06/2020 as well as the first year of P.G courses / programs and terminal / final semester / year examinations should be taken from 25/06/2020.

Guidelines for the use of masks, social distants and sanitizers must be strictly followed during these examinations.  The duration of the examination should be two hours instead of three hours.  And will have to take the exam in multiple shifts if required.

 Examination centers should be set up at taluka level / local level for conducting the examination.  In case the epidemic situation of COVIP-19 is not normal and the guidelines of social distance cannot be followed, 50% marks will be given to the students of Intermediate Semester 2,4,6 on the basis of internal assessment and the remaining 50% marks will be given immediately on the basis of previous semester.  .

 This scheme will be named Merit Based Progression.  In addition, it can be evaluated as per the guidelines of UGC.  For example, in case the student has got 20 marks out of 30 marks of internal assessment in the university and immediately the student has got 70 marks out of 100 marks in the university examination of the previous semester, the marks will have to be calculated as follows.  If the practical examination is not taken then its marks will also have to be calculated as shown above.  If a practical test has been taken then the actual marks obtained in that test should be taken into consideration.

Each child will be given a unique ID through which they can use Microsoft Teams.

The teacher will create standard time / subject wise time table and give it to the students through parents (via WhatsApp, SMS etc.)

Resolution No .: Pagar - 1008-7-8.A.  (M) was to be met as per the schedule fixed.  Subsequently, under this section oil reference (2), the allowance rules of the head teacher cadre were published in the public notice dated 19/01/2018.  The primary teacher was retained as the feeder cadre of the head teacher as per the provision made by these recruitment rules.

Provision was made in the said proclamation to fulfill the prescribed qualifications for promotion to the post of headmaster or to attain higher rank.  Thus, if there are two vacancies for the promotion of primary teachers as per the notification dated 03/01/2008

For the purpose, notwithstanding any change in the original provisions of all the declarations and resolutions outlined in the context, the following general explanations are issued in respect of those provisions.  

As the primary teacher cadre is the feeder cadre of the head teacher cadre, the primary teachers are entitled to the higher pay scale of the head teacher as the first higher pay scale.  



It is optional for the head teacher to be promoted to the post of Assistant Education Inspector. 

 This means that there is no place for compulsory promotion for the headmaster but only those headmasters who want to get the promotion have to pass the relevant examination.  Thus, the cadre of the head teacher is a solitary cadre.

The Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) is a pivotal institution at the state level for the enhancement of qualitative education at primary and secondary schools.  It was "State Institute of Education" before 1988. It was later upgraded as a SCERT in 1988, under the resolution of State Education Department. The upgraded SCERT, now named as Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) is a fully structured State level academic institution and is controlled and guided by a Governing body as well as an Executive Committee.

Under the umbrella of GCERT, there are now 27 DIETs (District Institute of Education and Training) functional in 33 Districts. These DIETs impart pre-service and in-service training to the primary teachers of the State. There are seven branches namely Pre-service Teacher Education (PSTE), Work Experience (WE), District Resource Unit (DRU), Curriculum Material Development & Evaluation (CMDE), Educational Technology (ET), In-service Field interaction Innovation & Co-ordination (IFIC) and Planning & Management PM functioning in these DIETs. These DIETs are well equipped with qualified and experienced academic and administrative staff.

The GCERT works as a prominent institution for implementing the policies, programes and researches in the State. It provides resource support and guidance to all the teacher education institutions and works in collaboration with the NGOs, Subject experts, Educationalists and pioneers in bringing about reforms in the remote and underserved areas of the State. It disseminates latest information with regard to modern trends and approaches in primary education, pre-service and in-service education, pedagogical advances in the country, wide use of distance education as a mode of training, organizing community awareness programes and updation of curriculum of primary education in view of new and emerging concerns.
